Spring, Summer, Sultry...

Weather!!! It was beautiful today. It was cloud out but that really didn't seem to matter. It was 56 when we went out for a walk today. We jumped/skipped/walked and ran for over half a mile. The kids and I loved every bit of it!

Life

Sometimes it flies by and sometime it crawls. I was looking at photos of the kids from when they were babies today. It seemed so odd.

Last week I went to the dentist. Ugh. Its been a rough few days since.

Quiver is growing like crazy. Ali is officially three and we are looking forward to Easter. I'm trying to get a spot to go on the Cherry Blossom tour here. It would be amazing to see I'm sure.

Ali's Birthday

Its my baby's Birthday! She's 3. I just can't believe it. Took poor puppy to Vet and got shots.

Well we have to take Xander to get his stitches out in a couple hours. For now off to go have lunch :)

My boy got his first stitches

We spent Tuesday night in the ER. Tuesday started as a rotten day. I tried to get the kids to go to bed early, feed and watered them. Jammies on and in bed. About 20 minutes later I hear a crash and my son comes running out holding his head saying he needed a bandaid. His hands were covered in blood as was half his face. I freak, I stopped myself ran to the bathroom pulled the tissue roll off the wall and ran back. I laid him down and started to clean. Had to figure out how bad it was. After a roll of tissue and a few baby wipes, I had a scared little boy with a hole in his head. He told me it hurt. It was big enough I thought it would need stitches. So I took new puppy, slung him in cage, grabbed shoes and coats and we were out the door. We run out and its snowing! Well I'm in a new country with no car, so we have to wait for taxi in the snow. Then get to ER to wait 3 hours with nothing to do and two kids. Finally he was cleaned, which he hated. Then they wrapped him like a burrito with one soldier holding him in his burrito and another holding his head. The soldier doc gave him some lidicane(numbing stuff). After that he was my little hero. He sat perfectly still on his own while he got his first two stitches.
His sister was busy telling everyone Xander's bleeding. (thanks kid) And mom was taking tons of pictures with her blackberry. I took so many I killed my phone! I couldn't miss it. But getting a taxi home was horrible. He has been fine since. He tells everyone they "pitched him up" and he pinches his little fingers together right above his band aid.

It's March 3rd... no free desktop. Sorry peps. Time is of the essence lately. I've picked up my running again.

With the Nike+ adapter for the shoes and Ipod it tracks my calories burned, distance, steps etc. Its wonderful. Well I love to run when I'm angry or super tired. It builds my energy. Well last Friday I was so mad. I went out and went 2.64 miles! In 45 mins, it was a walk/run mix. I was so proud for my first real run out. I hope to keep up the good work on this!

We went to Camp Humphrey's yesterday and spent the day with daddy. We chilled at the PX and BK. It was nice to have a change of scenery. Kids played puzzles and ate Subway. It was a cloudy cold day, unlike today! Its sunny and blue skies! Its suppose to hit 50 again today. I've got the windows open and the blinds all up. Let's bring on the spring!!!!

Kids- Well Ali turns three in less than three weeks! We've done a few photo shoots to really show off :) pictures later. Xander got a Leapster and loves it!

We got him a couple games and have a feeling his stash will grow just fine! He loved being able to take it to Humphrey's and play before lunch :)

Been awhile

You'd think I've fallen and can't get up! Well I did get up.

After getting the new puppy I had to re organize life. I forgot what its like to have a new baby. Though I wouldn't change anything.

Well off to fold laundry and wash dishes. Spring cleaning this weekend!
